Why parents & kids love Valentine Wrestling Club!
Parents/Guardians,
The Valentine Wrestling Club is committed to the development of young people in our community through the sport of wrestling by promoting the following values: confidence, determination, commitment, integrity and loyalty. We strive to do this in an environment that is fun, positive in nature, offers family participation, and places a priority on maintaining our values.

By providing these opportunities to our members, we feel we are helping to prepare them to be successful in life. We seek to compete at the highest levels in the sport and therefore require our members to accept a challenging but fun training regimen, so they may be successful on the mat.

Strategy

As with any sport, wrestlers learn at different rates and have different athletic abilities. We are committed to coaching your wrestler at a pace that will keep them improving while having fun with the sport. We all want our child to be an elite wrestler and win every match but our coaches know that until they have a complete understanding of the fundamentals, advanced technique will not help the wrestler down the road. Sometimes during a match, our coaches might put a wrestler in a position that is not advantageous to get the win but so the wrestler can learn and progress in the sport.
